As a writer and public artist, I AM deeply aware of the challenges most creatives face when faced with decision to pursue their artistic and/or literary calling or to pursue other avenues to maintain a reasonable quality of life.

A2theThird, Inc. is committed to raising awareness to the public of the importance of not only supporting the arts; but to also be intentional about supporting the artists and writers who create the work.

A2theThird, Inc. operates from the belief that people are not broken; they are often unheard, under-resourced, or disconnected from their purpose. Rather than positioning participants as problems to be solved, we create spaces where individuals can reinterpret their experiences through creativity, agency, and vision.

By reframing personal narratives, participants shift from stagnation to possibility, from limitation to contribution. This narrative reframing activates creativity, restores dignity, and empowers individuals to see themselves as capable, resourceful, and generative. The result is not dependency, but self-directed growth and sustainable forward movement.
